Mr. Kranstuber's entire workers' compensation practice is devoted to representing only injured workers and never employers. He was appointed by the governor as the injured workers' representative to the Workers' Compensation Oversight Commission, where he served in 2005 and 2006. He has also served as a district hearing officer for the Ohio Industrial Commission, the state agency which handles the adjudication of contested matters in the workers' compensation system.
