Biography

Carley’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability law. A native of Dublin, Ohio, she earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University before beginning her legal career as a legal assistant at a firm specializing in workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability/SSI matters.

In 2013, Carley enrolled in the evening program at Capital University Law School while continuing to work full-time. During law school, she served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Department, a peer advisor, and the Executive Articles Editor of the Capital University Law Review.

After graduating magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2017, Carley joined the Law Offices of Charles W. Kranstuber, LPA. She has presented throughout Ohio on a variety of workers’ compensation topics, including avoiding burnout, emotional labor in legal practice, parking lot injuries, and effective hearing room techniques.

Carley is passionate about advocating for injured workers and disabled individuals and represents her clients with empathy, energy, and dedication. She previously served as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Columbus Bar Association for two years and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Ohio Association for Justice.

Outside of her practice, Carley enjoys spending time with her family, cheering for the Cleveland Guardians and Ohio State Buckeyes, traveling the world, and exploring the vibrant Columbus community she calls home.
